3. User Accounts and Qualification

To use our Service, you must submit an application through our contact form. LeafCode reserves the right to review all applications and approve or deny access to our platform based on our qualification criteria. We will notify you of our decision within 24-48 hours of receiving your application.

4. Pricing and Payment

Our pricing is based on qualified leads delivered to you according to your selected plan:

• Starter Plan: $40 per qualified lead
• Professional Plan: $50 per qualified lead
• Enterprise Plan: $60 per qualified lead

Payment is due monthly based on the number of qualified leads delivered. We accept major credit cards and bank transfers for enterprise accounts.

5. Lead Quality and Guarantee

We guarantee that all leads provided meet your specified qualification criteria. A "qualified lead" is defined as a potential customer who has been verified by our AI system to match your demographics, interests, and buying intent requirements. If a lead does not meet these criteria, we will provide a replacement lead at no additional cost.

6. User Responsibilities

You agree to:

• Not use our service for illegal, harmful, or unethical purposes
• Maintain the confidentiality of your account credentials
• Promptly notify us of any unauthorized use of your account
